This dramatic re-telling will capture the sweet and magical, the dark and tragic and the courageous and the divine with a generous portion of laughs and silliness. This is a large ensemble work written for students of all ages. No experience or audition is required. Actors will also be stage hands, prop makers and set builders. Every camp attendee will be immersed in the magical arts of theatre craft. Final performance will be outdoors the evening of Friday, June 23rd.

Finding the Light Photo Camp ● Natosha Cundiff ● June 18-22 ● Rising 7th to Rising 10th grade

Aspiring photographers will unite in this camp to dive deeper into the craft. From beginner to experienced, this camp will cater to all levels of photography students. We’ll become familiar with some well-known photographers and discover what about their work draws us in. Students will learn the basics and some general photography guidelines through games and challenges. Advanced students will learn ow to break those rules to find their style in their work and go deeper into advanced settings. We’ll do lots of shooting because the best method for growth is practice, practice, practice and getting familiar with their camera. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn some light editing skills and be able to edit 2-3 of their own photos. Each student will also be awarded one photo spot in the Waldorf School of Louisville’s 2018-19 year book.

Camera Requirements: We can make most any camera work at this camp. I’m a believer in using what you have available. A camera with some manual setting options is preferable. A DSLR camera is idea. If you have any questions about whether your camera would work for this camp – fee free to ask. I’m happy to help.
